  • Our accommodations are independently built in the forest, in harmony with their natural surroundings. Each one is set apart from the others to ensure maximum privacy—perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with what truly matters.

  • Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.

     

    We also offer a Late Check-Out option, allowing you to extend your stay until 1:00 p.m.

     

    This option is available for $40 + taxes and can be added after completing your reservation by using [this link].

  • Yes, dogs are welcome!

     

    Here are a few important conditions to respect:

     

    • Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property.

    • They must not be left alone inside the lodging, even briefly.

    • Any damage or mess must be cleaned up by the owner.

     

    This option is available for $30 + taxes per night and can be added after completing your reservation by using [this link].

    • Sleeping bag or bedding, pillows

    • Flashlight

    • Toiletries (towel, biodegradable soap)

    • Walking shoes or rain boots

    • Swimsuit for the hot tub

    • Food, sandals, slippers

  • Park at the main entrance and use a cart or sled to carry your luggage. The forest path leading to your lodging ranges from 200 to 700 meters.

    • Drinking water supply (30 L or 40 L depending on the lodging)

    • Electricity, soap, dishes, utensils, coffee maker

    • Equipped kitchen, propane BBQ, mini fridge

    • Heated mattresses and mattress covers (winter)

    • Electric heating and wood stove in some units

  • Yes, each lodging includes an outdoor fire pit.

     

    You can add firewood to your reservation for $15 (taxes included), or bring your own—as long as it comes from a local or commercial source (gathering wood from the forest is not permitted).

     

    If you’ve already booked your stay, you can use this link to order firewood. Make sure to enter the same name, phone number, and email address used for your reservation. This allows our system to automatically link your order to your stay.

     

    ✅ If your order is completed at least one day before arrival, our maintenance team will deliver the firewood directly to your lodging before you arrive.

     

    ❗️Last-minute orders are not guaranteed, as deliveries are planned based on guest files each morning.

  • Yes. The water provided in the 10 L blue jugs comes from our artesian well. It is safe to drink and can be used for cooking and showering.

     

    Each lodging receives about 30 to 40 L of drinking water per day. If your stay is longer than one night, our team will refill the jugs during the maintenance period (between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.). Simply leave the empty jugs outside your lodging.

     

     

    If you run out of water outside this period, contact us by text message (SMS) by replying to one of the confirmation messages you received.

  • Our lodgings can accommodate 2, 4, or 6 adults, depending on the model.

     

    The base rate includes 2 adults. A fee of $20 + tax applies for each additional adult.

     

    If you haven’t booked yet, you’ll be able to indicate the number of guests during the reservation process.

     

    If you’ve already booked, you can use our online store to add extra guests to your reservation.

  • Yes, we ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.

    Outdoor music is not allowed at any time.

  • Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and cash.

  • General Cancellation Policy

     

    You may cancel your stay:

     

    Up to 30 days before arrival: refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

    Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.

    Less than 15 days before arrival: no refund can be issued.

     

    🕓 Grace Period

    You have 24 hours after booking to cancel free of charge and receive a full refund, as long as the stay is more than 7 days away.

     

    Date Changes

    Date changes are possible up to 30 days before arrival. After that, it is considered a cancellation.

    Any difference in price (higher or lower) will be applied to the new reservation.

     

    Exceptional Circumstances

    For information about cancellations due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), please refer to our Force Majeure Cancellation Policy.

    1. Visit our Availability page and choose your preferred lodging and travel dates.

    2. Then, click the Book Now button to access our secure reservation system.

    3. Enter your dates in the system. Available accommodations and corresponding rates will appear automatically.

     

    💡 Our prices adjust dynamically based on supply and demand.

     

    1. Select your lodging, indicate the number of guests (the base rate includes 2 people), and complete your booking with online payment to confirm your stay.

     

    📩 Within minutes, you’ll receive a text message confirming your reservation.

     

    If you want to modify your booking, add a service (e.g., firewood), or ask a question, simply reply to that message.

     

    📱 Make sure to provide a mobile number (not a landline) during the booking process so you can receive confirmation and updates via text.

  • Two options are available to you:

     

     

    Option 1 – Manual Booking

     

    After checking availability and selecting your desired lodging and date, fill out the form available on our [contact page].

     

    We will then manually complete your booking.

     

    📌 Please include the following information:

     

    • Your name

    • The gift certificate number

    • The desired lodging and date

    • The amount shown on the certificate

    • The name of the person who gifted it to you

     

    ➕ If there’s a remaining balance, we’ll send you a secure payment link by email.

     

     

    Option 2 – Book Immediately 

    (recommended if availability is limited)

     

    To secure your preferred date without delay, book online using your credit card.

     

    Then, send us your gift certificate via the [contact form].

     

    ➕ We will refund the value of the certificate to your credit card within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Yes, we’re open year-round. Wood stoves, electric heating, and heated mattress covers ensure a comfortable stay—even in winter.

     

    During periods of extreme cold (real temperatures below -30 °C), the interior—especially in our transparent bubbles—may remain cooler. This is part of the winter glamping experience: rustic, unique, and close to nature. We recommend coming with a sense of adventure, warm clothing, and, if needed, extra blankets.

     

    If an especially intense cold spell is forecast and you’re unsure about your stay, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to review your situation with you and explore possible options, depending on your lodging and availability.

  • Oui, les disponibilités sont automatiquement synchronisées avec notre système de réservation. Toutefois, le calendrier affiché sur notre site web (page Disponibilités) est sujet à un délai de synchronisation pouvant aller jusqu’à 12 heures.
