How to get to your accommodation?

To reach your accommodation, you will park near the reception and find sleds or carts to help you transport your luggage. You will then walk on a forest path for 200 to 700 meters, which will lead you to the heart of our forest to your accommodation.

How to transport your luggage?

For a return to simplicity, our adventure challenges you to travel light! Try not to bring anything superfluous. Prefer backpacks over suitcases. However, if you have too much stuff, we provide carts (and sleds in winter) to help you transport your luggage (they have a capacity of 5 cubic feet, equivalent to two medium-sized travel bags).

N.B. The trails may be muddy, snowy, or have puddles depending on the weather.

Are you open in winter?

Yes, we are open year-round; check our calendar for availability.

How to book?

As we are not often near the phone or computer, it is best to book online from the reservation tab on the accommodation page or by following this link. It is important to select one accommodation at a time to see its availability.

How to book with a gift certificate?

After checking availability and choosing the accommodation and date you wish to visit, please fill out the form at the bottom of the following page, and we will make the reservation for you. If there is a difference to cover, we will send you a link to make the payment online.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, certainly! There is a $20/night fee as for an additional guest, and we also ask you to be responsible for your pet. This means keeping it on a leash on the site, picking up its waste, not locking the pet in the accommodation in case of absence, and being responsible for any damage that may be caused by your pet.

Can we make a campfire on the site?

Each accommodation offers an outdoor fire area, regardless of the season. The Elf's Nest, the Hobbit House, and the Teepee have an indoor wood stove. If you wish to add a box of wood to your reservation at a cost of $12, you must place the order and make the payment online no later than the day before your visit so that we can deliver it to your site before your arrival from this link.

If you have difficulty paying with this option, you can also contact us using the contact form, and we will process the payment on the card on file if it is still active.

You can also bring your own wood if you wish. However, it must be from a local or commercial source to prevent the spread of harmful insects.

Water for the kitchen and shower

The water provided on the site is in blue 10L jugs. It is drinking water that comes directly from our artesian well.

The water is potable and can be used for cooking and showering.

You will have 30 or 40L of water on arrival:

  • Pleiades Bubble, Double Bubble, Orion Bubble: 30L

  • Great Bear Bubble, Hobbit House, Teepee, Elf's Nest: 40L

Is it enough?

Generally, yes! But be careful not to let it run unnecessarily and don't spend too much time in the shower, and everything should be fine! If you run out, contact our staff, and we will bring you more :)

Can I bring friends?

Our accommodations can host 2, 4, or 6 adults. The base price of our accommodations includes 2 adults. A fee of $20 is added for each additional adult. You can indicate the number of visitors when making your reservation, and if you have already booked with us, you can use the following link to add visitors to your reservation.

We ask our guests to be quieter after 9 PM. At all times, we also ask our guests not to play music outside.
